Airport Shuttle Service
We offer a complimentary airport drop-off service from 5:00AM to 10:00AM. Please note that we do not provide airport pick-up service.
Airport shuttle drop-offs must be booked at reception upon arrival. Shuttles operate on a first-come, first-served basis and depart hourly on the hour. Guests should be in front of the reception area 10 minutes before their scheduled departure to return their room key and load luggage. To maintain the schedule, the shuttle will depart on time with other passengers if you do not arrive. If you miss your shuttle, you may board the next one if space allows or arrange alternative transportation.
Due to limited seating, each room is entitled to one round transfer only. Each person is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag. Excess luggage and/or oversized items—such as bike boxes, long surfboards, or other large articles—may be subject to refusal of service.
Car Parking & Storage
Free private parking is available on site (no reservation needed), with one car per room. We provide 5 days of free car storage with a 1-night stay, one car per room. Additional days may incur a surcharge of $5.00 per day. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our motel rooms. Management requests that guests always respect and adhere to this policy. If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to charge for one night, as we will be unable to sell the room for more than one night.
Cancellation
Guests can cancel free of charge until one day before arrival. Guests will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within one day of arrival. No-shows and early departures are charged at 100%. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Rates
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
Extra Beds
Extra beds are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge of $20 per night.
Damage Deposit
We may request your credit card information upon check-in. We do not require a physical deposit at checkout. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of damages or incidental expenses. If no issues are found after your departure, no charges will be applied, and no further action is needed on your part.
If you are leaving early, you may simply drop your key in the Key Return box at reception. Our team will inspect the room after your departure and process everything accordingly.
Laundry
We have an in-house laundry facility for guests to use. It is coin operated.
Identification Requirements
At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued ID.
Arrival After Hours
For late arrivals after hours, please let us know your estimated time of arrival (ETA). We offer 24-hour check-in, so you can check in at your convenience once you arrive.
The key will be left in a secure lock box by the front entrance. We will send you a separate message with the access code closer to your arrival time.
